Despite her childlike appearance, she possesses overwhelming physical strength, incredible speed, and durability that allows her to shrug off attacks from some of the New World's strongest fighters. During the Egghead Arc, S-Snake battled the Straw Hats while demonstrating combat abilities worthy of the Government's greatest military experiments.

It was through her superhuman strength that Sanji could escape, and to nobody's surprise, as a fellow Vinsmoke, Reiju has a powerful kick.

Reiju has been shown as able to hold her own against the likes of Vinsmoke Yonji and Charlotte Smoothie, and capable of impressive feats of speed, doubtlessly due to her genetic enhancement. While aided particularly by her personal Raid Suit, Reiju is a formidable One Piece character in her own right, even withstanding Big Mom's Conqueror's Haki.

One of the elite Tobiroppo or "Flying Six" of Kaido's Beasts Pirates, Black Maria possesses immense power thanks in no small part to her Ancient Zoan Spider-Spider Fruit, Rosamygale Grauvogeli Model. Bearing the properties of the prehistoric predecessor to the tarantula, this brothel owner packed a surprising punch, quite literally with the aid of twin brass knuckles.

Capable of creating illusions and transforming to have a centaur-like human-spider body. Possessing the Wring-Wring Fruit, able to drain and absorb liquid from her enemies, Smoothie is unsurprisingly strong for her massive stature. Coming from the Longleg Tribe, Smoothie sports a height of 15'3", her strength was enough to hold back Straw Hats like Sanji and Luffy, as well as Vinsmoke Reiju, and even withstand Conqueror's Haki from Big Mom.

While there was no decisive winner, fans frequently debate whether Reiju or Smoothie would win if they fought.
